Yes. Free is a permanent tier and it is how you try MyGentic, there is no expiring trial clock. You keep your context layer and your third party connections for as long as you like. Upgrade when you want more usage, voice, or agents. Expert Brains do not need an upgrade — you can license one on Free.
Free includes a basic Sage interview with limited depth, enough to start building a context layer. Personal adds the advanced interview plus limited voice, call, and text. Professional runs the advanced interview alongside an always on AI Assistant, with full voice and call. Power runs Sage as a full agentic assistant across every tool you connect, with behavioral coaching tuned to how you actually decide.
Queries that use your own context draw from your plan's monthly allowance. Queries that draw on a brain you have licensed are metered against that brain's own allowance instead, so the two never compete. Token Compaction keeps most paid users well inside their monthly allowance, it is limited on Personal and advanced on Professional and Power. If you do run out, you can buy a top up at cost or upgrade, we never cut a workflow off mid task.
Expert brains are expertise modules built by working operators, founders, and subject matter leaders, delivered through the Expert Brain Library. Brains are licensed individually, on any plan including Free, in four price bands set by the publisher: $17, $47, $97 and $497 a month. Each brain you license carries its own monthly token allowance, held separately from your plan's, so a brain never draws down your own allowance and a brain you do not use costs you nothing extra. Publishing a brain is different from licensing one — to build and publish you need a Power membership at $97 a month, which covers ingesting your material, building the brain and hosting its index. One membership publishes one brain, and Brain Builder ships with the Power tier.
